Roxana Villafaña brings more than 20 years of accounting and operations experience to Reddy Tax Law, with a career built on bringing structure, precision, and accountability to complex financial and administrative functions.
Before joining the firm, Roxana provided bookkeeping and financial operations support for professional services and multi-state franchise businesses, managing seven-figure vendor payments, royalties, and deposits across large client portfolios. Her experience includes payroll processing across multiple entities, general ledger reconciliation, accounts receivable and collections, and tax return preparation and e-filing for client books exceeding 100 individuals and businesses.
In addition to her financial background, Roxana has spent much of her career owning the operational and people-facing side of the firms she has supported, including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, vendor and budget management, and process improvement. Earlier in her career, she supported executive and engineering leadership at a major aerospace company, coordinating operations across multiple departments and managing confidential and regulated information with discretion.
Roxana is fluent in English and Spanish, and clients and colleagues alike know her for her follow-through, attention to detail, and calm, steady presence under deadline pressure.
