Widely recognized in both the San Diego legal community and the broader tax controversy community, Sally is active with the California Lawyers Association, where she mentors young tax lawyers and is co-chair of the Women in Tax Committee. She is also a member of the Tax Section of the American Bar Association and the San Diego County Bar Association.
Sally obtained her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Memphis School of Law and her Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from New York University. She is admitted to practice law in California and the District of Columbia and is authorized to practice in the United States Tax Court and the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She is a California Certified Tax Law Specialist.
